Probably hasnt been cut and mac addy has been blocked, you take the cim out to cut , the pic is in pace cable guide.

Reboot box holding down <, >, Ok and Standby until you see LD06 on screen.. this will reset net_id to 09999... use the funcard method to set net_id... if your box have taken the 3_7 update then use netid_hex to set it for your area...New 3.7 byte location
