ok some might know i got a 50mb modem installed
well last night it stopped working,nothing,so im like ok ring virmin in the morning so i start to ring first thing only to be put on hold all the time having forgein speaking people pretend they cant hear me to hang up the phone(my bro works for sky and he says thats the number 1 way to get rid of people the bastards lol)

so i finnaly get through to a guy and hes says that my account had went over the limit and i was like what ive only had my account for less than 12hrs
becasue the modem is £50 and setup is £20 is went over my £60 limit so i was like could you extend it i was told no and i have to pay £15 to bring it now and then my modem would be alive again i was like what the beep

so now i ring back to cancel the whole thing i get through and say to the guy im thinking of leaving he said how long have you been with us i go around 12hrs hes like what so i explain it all he laughed and said thats the crapest thing ever ( good guy)
and gets my limit lifted to ensure by tomorrow my 50mb is working and even better i now have my 50mb for £33 for 3 months and £38 after i have no phone line with virmin

so in the end have no modem at min but i got it cheaper lol

i rang up complaining about my internet being too slow and keeps getting capped to 2mb etc.

i was on 10mb tv, and phone for £25 per month.

then after the guy put me on 20mb tv and phone for £20 per month.

for the next 6 months £20 per month.

he said after 6 months call back and they will do same deal again.
