I am having problems with favourites, I sorted my them the way I want them using the STBM program and uploaded them to the eurovox. When I press fav on remote control a box comes up saying "channel list" and "favourite 1 - 8" and when I click on one of them it says "no channel".

I would appreciate if someone could help me to fix this problem.
