I used a general utility key to re-lock a street cabinet that had been opened by Kids on our street - you can get the 4 in 1 keys from places like CPC.

Do not tamper with the contents of a street cabinet, you could mess up everyones signal - and someone will see you.

CPC is free delivery when you spend over £45 (less on certain promotion days), can't guarantee that all keys will fit all cabs, they fit the ones here though as I've re-locked it a couple of times.

there are a couple of cabs opened in my street that haven't been locked.

and all the cables are hanging out.
