isnt the symbol rate 6.887 the selection of the service provider ?

What options do you get when you are at the scanning menu? I have only ever used a Eurovox once but the settings for scanning should be the same (or similar) for all FTA boxes.

Thanks for all the advice, finally sorted it.

I restored box back to factory settings.
Then went into Advanced settings and entererd the 6.887 Baud which I had already tried but also entered 6.952 in the next line.
Dont know what difference this made but its all up and running now!
