Please help!

Have set up new EX5100 with updated firmware. Scanned for channels but getting nothing.
The signal is showing around 70 - 80% but am getting no channels showing or saving.
All cables etc are connected and correct

Please help

Have you selected your cable area (Pure, Ex C&W, TW) and have you set the symbol rate?

The other one is 6952 if the above symbol rate doesn't work.

Where abouts in South East London? London has different Net IDs, frequencies etc.
