Default Sky Family Problem

Seem to have lost this channel? Coming up Scrambled on my ex7000 was working. All other movie channels working. Midlans area. Any Ideas guys?

Press 'menu'
Select 'factory reset'
Then follow the on-screen prompts to do a fresh scan.
