must admit im having the same problem. Just performed 2 full scans and its missing at least half the TP's. I have got the latest firmware on which I though auto updated the keys too. I am going to try the manual method as suggested

The latest firmware does auto roll the keys.
Before scanning you should always do a clear date/factory reset as this will deleate your channe data but will not effect the firmware/keys.
