hi all great site need some help please i have just got my infinity usb phoenix programer to redo my ntl card that has gone off i dont no what software i need or whre to get it from i have installed the cd that came with it when i put my card in it says select the type of card i dont no what the card is called it is a white ntl card so i go on to detect card and it says cpu unknown can anyone help please

you need to put the programmer in phoenix mode , open the infinity program , goto tools and select virtual com port mode ( VCP ).

You would also need a program called Nagra Edit which is in the download section.

Its most likely your dates have expired , In nagra edit click the tab read from card , Then change all the dates on all pink teirs as shown below:

Once you have done that , click the tab to write to card and all should be back to normal.

Try googling 'fileaddictions', has everything you should need.

thanks for that got nagra now when i go on to tools in the infinity program it as only got clone wizard , verify card and auto detect card cant find the vcp one any ideas

Start infinity, then Tools, VCP

hi, iam in exactly the same situation as crofty, ive got my infinity programmer in pheonix mode but i cant seem to work nagra i have my programmer set up in com 3, i cant change the com in nagra or do much of anything, any help would be much appricated.
