I got mine from eBay I searched for DivX DVD recorder. I ended up picking a cheap Philips DivX DVD recorder with an 80GB hard drive for £40! Though you might not be so lucky.

Try somewhere like bigpockets, you should find them for around £60 and you get a guarantee

I'm looking at trying to record off of my Eurovox EX1000SL which has 2No. Scart plugs one for the TV and one for the DVD.
But when I plug it into the DVD recorder I get nothing. How do you record off of the EuroVox?:

From your DVD recorder, select AV1 or AV2(normally) You should then be able to record, provided your receiver is properly connected

This now seems the standard price from places like cash converters. But back 3 months ago, that was a bargain and a half. When I bought it, I made it region free with some simple trickery lol. Cant remember how, but I googled for Philips XXXX(model) region free
