reinstall windows vista problem

Hi is windows still opening after boot up? If you can boot into windows then you should be able to find the utility that allows you to burn the recovery disks, just a matter of finding out what it is called on that machine. Have a look in the programs and there should be something there, look for anything that has the name of the machine and open them all to see what they are.

yeah its still booting but the reason he wants it formatting is because its full of viruses and he said hes tried everything and now it wont let you run anything so i think it would just be easier to format it and start again

Hi have you got the key code for that copy of vista that you have? If you have then go ahead and install it and you have the drivers disk for them. You might try downloading Malwarebytes from here _http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php, just copy the URL and remove the underscore from before the http and run it, you will be surprised what it will find. If that fails to find what is wrong then install the version, I think it is ultimate, of Vista you have, but only if you have the key code for it, I know it is not called a key code but you know what I mean.
