consol unlocker

does any1 have a working consol unlocker program they could send me as the copy ive just downloaded from net wont work .
comes up with ..... component mswinsck ocx or one of its components not correctly registered or a file is missing or invalid.

Download the mswinsck file at:

http://www.skyenet.net/~cbeelby/pente/

and stick it in your windows/system32 or system directory
and do the following steps:
To register an OCX or DLL:
Select START on the Windows task bar,
Select RUN and type:
Regsvr32 "name"
Where "name" is the name of the OCX or DLL you are attempting to register.
Then select OK.
Provide all control dependencies have been correctly installed and register, this should successfully register the OCX or DLL

ive just finnished setting up all the modem stuff on laptop and im still getting same error when using consol unlocker can any1 help

ive just downloaded the MSWINSCK.OCX dll and put it in system32 folder then run and regsvr32 \windows\system32\MSWINSCK.OCX
got the ok message come up rebooted laptop but still getting same message

right ive got consol unlocker working i also had to download mscomm32 ocx..but now im getting timeout on the softjag program any1 tell me how to put this right please error as follows
