Ambit 255 educational project

Recently I have tried to flash 2 separate ambit 255s using ambit config tool 0.971 beta
1)255 previously altered
2)255 non altered
After setting up with the max 232
I have clicked on the tftp server file 250_hack dump using solarwinds tftp server that gives me an ip of 192.168.100.10
I also set the tftp server file part in the ambit config tool…cmreg-ntlhm250-bund03.cm ???
but all I seem to get is tcp connection failure, I have also tried loading into the tft server file part on a bit config various names of files such as 250_hack dump but still no joy
On the first modem ive tried this on it wont let me in with the infinite login & password it gives me bye bye !
I guess this modem could be known as bricked!
2nd 255 has the original boot loader built from factory scratch

Is there a file that I can load into ambit config that will just allow me to fully flash the modem and let me config ?
I have tried other ways in hope of trying and config but I get invalid procedure argument or serial connection failure,
Im wondering now if there is such a thing as a n instructions step by step guide that can help educate me in my project , I ask of this knowledge for educational purpose only .

hi please read this as i have just recently flashed an ambit 255 using this guide

also you should get haxorware instead of the infinite you are tying to use

and use putty and solar winds as well.
