Hi please help

I have just updated my eurovox and now my remotr control doesnt work,

I have checked the sensor with camera phone - working correctly

Changed the batteries

and still nothing any tips please help was working about an hour or so ago ,

What have you updated it with? sounds like you have put the wrong firmware on the box.

I upated it with the clone update software as I thought it was a clone as I couldnt tell as in the box it had a black cover where the scart is and the chips were green but had brown tops (towards the bottom left of the box).

Once updated the channels all came on with the new EPG display but the remote didnt work and it shows locked on the box second light on the display.

I have tried putting the blue box update on it but still not working with the remote,

Any ideas ??????
