Default New to EuroVox

I have recently purchased a eurovox 5100, but when I do a deep scan it picks up all the channels ok. Some of the channels are good, but it appears the Freeview channels are really poor quality. BBC (all), Cbbeebies, CBBC. Also Virgin and Sky Sports news are almost ub-watchable. I fully subscribed Virgin Customer, but just need to have Digi View in my kids room. Can anyone tell me how to get a better signal on the channels above.

I'm from South Yorkshire in England, it you need to pass any Scan area codes.

Many thanks

Sorry not in front of the box until later.
I THINK (may not be correct) but when I did the signal info (info twice) it showed a green bar at about 80%+. But the pictures keep sbreaking up. I wouldn't mind if it was a channel I shouldn't get (Actually I would, BUT...) but this is a freeview channel which works fine on my Virgin box, so I must be picking up the wrogn signal from somewhere.
Any idea how I can manually configure the channels that are having this issue.

Thanks in advance for your help
