Default scrambled channels

Hi guys am not used to this techy stuff, but i have just recieved my ex700hd+ and i have done a few different scans, including deep scan, and it finds loads of channels but when i go to them they all say scrabled channel, i have checked my software and it says: 03/01/09.

any detailed help would be brilliant..

If I recall correctly that is the FTA firmware, and as such, you will need to update the firmware to the latest version.

It can be found under the Private FTA section, in the 'Some Download Links..' Sticky.

hi, i dont understand how to do this, i have got an rs232 cable but dont know how to get the software or where from?

You can update yours with a usb memory stick , have a little search and you shall find all you need

i know i can do this but havent got a memory stick to hand, and am having alot of trouble when trying to use the bigmaq toolbar..

can anyone help me a little more.

You will find the information, or rather, flash files, that you need, in the Download Sticky, located in the Private FTA section of this forum.
