Default Which cable box to go for??

Hi Guys,

I have split a cable line from my next door house and looking to get a cable receiver. What is best recommended?
I don't want anything too expensive...just need to be able to get all channels.
A D-Box, Eurovox, etc... which one is best to get and is easy to update when channels go down?

Any advise will be much appreciated
Thanks

Hi

For me it would have to be kryptview too, I have tried the eurovox max v and blue but not the newer ones also the starview and kryptview is far superior box, simple easy user friendly with very good support.

For me I would go for the ITGATE box, having tried nearly every box out there, the Itgate beats them everytime, plus there is an ITgate HD box due out shortly.

OK, this is going to seem quite different to the others;

Pace 4000DVB. (or similar)

Its one of Vir***s manufactured boxes so it will not need updating, everyone knows the interface and it makes sense to keep it the same as usual, and if anyone comes to your house, you can always say you pay for it =P, Krytview/eurovox etc you cant as vir*** dont give boxes that look as good as those..

Pick one up from a boot sale or eBay and your sorted.
You can even send me the card and ill get all the channels for you if you need.

One more thing I picked up on.. you split a cable feed from your neighbours house??
That's kinda stupid cus if they get knocked off, you get knocked off.
If you get done by Vir*** by stealing their channels, next door get done as its their account!
If your next door buddy/ies realise what theyr commiting to and they agree with it then fair does but just making sure

The PACE 4000 DVB doesn't exist lol. The PACE 4000 comes in two flavours, 4000T and 4000N.
