Check these 2 links m8 and see if you are making any mistaks, the 1st will show you how to set up your funcard to set the Net ID and the 2nd will show you how to use libby and how to creat config file;

When using Libby, you need to press Connect (or whatever the button is) and quickly connect the power. If you did it successfully, you should see some text on the right hand side of the window. As said by abbs, you will need to open a config file - in Libby - for your box and you will also need to know how to edit that config with your Net ID.
