Hi guys I have a Pace Di1000T that everytime i try to connect to libby it keeps coming up with com error. I know my com port is working properly and that my mull modem lead is working properly but it doesnt seem to want to connect i have followed the instructions in the novice angel guide but still nothing. I am trying to change the net id as it is not the right one for my area if anybody could help me out it would be much appreciated.
Thanks in Advance. |

does your lead connect to other boxes? i use a serial cable, not a null modem cable.
you have to load up libby, connect the box, then apply the power to it

hi
ive never tryed using a null modem cable but they do have a few cables which cross over so it would be best to use the propper serial cable, did you follow the guide for changing the config file- adding your net id and renaming it with a .cnf file type? Last edited by lucus; 08-09-09 at 09:58 PM. |
