Default help on old ev2 box

this might be going over old ground for some people but please help i got a new eurovox 7000hd . got help from you guys to set it up works great.so i decided to give the father in law the old box ev2. hes quite simple and thought it would be nice if i could get some kind of autoroll for the keys. after going round in circles trying to find a fix for ev2 i got mixed up and installed the max blue firmware then the controller stopped working so i read some more threads and endend up just wanting it the way it was i tried to download the ev2 update from last year into it .now heres the problem i cant seem to get any channels ive done a power scan at 6.887 i live in glasgow but it does not seem to pick up any transponders even tho the signal strength is a healthy green it picks up nothing.im sorry this is big story but just cant seem to fix n i wished id left it alone help would be really apprecieted cheers.

Look at these:

Glasgow NTL, 00002 755000 6887
Glasgow TW, 40984 619000 6952

Are you TW or NTL? Check the settings on your box and use exactly the same on his if he lives nearby.

Look in user installation.I think you may have deleted all the frequencies. You can put them in manually and rescan it should be OK.
