Default eurovox ex7000 outputs

Good Morning

I am a newbie to the forum, so hello!, but have been reading and searching for a while. I cant seem to find the answer to my question so hope someone can help me, i have searched though before i get shouted at...

I am trying to work out which box to buy, i am tempted by the eurovox ex7000 HD but is it possible to have the HD output to a TV, and use the scart output simotaniously to a second non HD tv? i know i wont be able to get the HD channels.

thanks for your help

No, there is only one tuner in the box, thus only able to watch whatever you record.

The box itself is lovely, very smooth menus & channel changes, brilliant picture quality etc, there are a few niggles with the box, but only minor ones IMO.

Have a search for 'EX7000 HD' to find out more about the aforementioned niggles/bugs as there are several threads relating to such.

I think Morrisoft misread your question a little...

Yes you can output via Scart simultaneously with HDMI, thats how you might hook up a VCR, DVD Recorder or one of them wireless Video senders, or a second TV just as you wish to do.. But as Morrisoft mentioned, it'll be same channel viewing on both outputs...
:-)

Hi

Sorry i did not make myself clear, I understand there is only one tuner not like sky plus, but what i would like to know is there any problem outputting to one TV via HD and another TV upstairs via scart, i know i need to be watching the same channels and not a dedicated HD channel. Just wondering if you have to use one or the other source of outputs, or you could use both.
