Default samsung v+ box probs

hi there wondering if anyone can help please ,recently got v+ plus installed and chap offered to give me a virgin media copy card to free up all channels however when card is put in the channels break up during broadcast its a new samsung v+ box and he said it was the first one he had done -does anyone know a fix for this thanks any help much appreciated.

not very good at explaining this-the guy has given out many cards before but this was the first for the new samsung v+ box and i was wondering if there is a known problem with this and if there is a fix cheers

images for the new sammy V+ need a couple of tiers adding to stop this

is this box your subribed box...the one you pay virgin for?

if it is then your asking for trouble...the guys an idiot for "doing" a card for it!!

yep it is he told me the card is a copy which still keeps sending a call back to vm letting them know everything is ok -what should i be aware of and how to i go about getting a couple of tiers added.thanks for replying.
