Hi all, I have a SE Z310i that is currently on T-Mob, I would like to unlock it so it works on 02, there is a previous thread almost identical to this but the only reply said you need a code to unlock the phone.

Does anyone have any more info regarding where I can get this code from? Or is my best bet just going to a local phone shop and paying a tenner or something to get it done?

Your phone is on the DB2020 platform. Google DB2020 patch unlock and you will be able to unlock this phone for free. All you need is some software (found in the tutorial) and the original USB cable that you got with the phone.

Sorry for the double reply, turns out the Z310i isn't actually on the DB2020 platform, it's PX... (some random numbers). Did some googling and people are saying it can't be unlocked as easily as DB2020. Can anyone confirm this?
