Hi All,
Im having a problem with my eurovox 2007 red. Im getting RTE1 and thats it!!!! I have tried uploading the firmware and this didnt work. The firmare I downloaded from BIGMAC toolbar is still March 07 has it not been updated since then?
I have also tried loading the keys still no joy. Have done a few power scans and its always the same I can pick up everything the TP's and the channels when I do the auto scan. Im on Ch*&*s and Nthell.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You're not going to get anything. Chorus and NTL in Ireland have changed their encryption system to Nagra 3.

Whats nagra 3 and is there a way around it? Is my box useless now?

Use it as a door stop maybe, apart from that...... Nagra 3 is secure so don't hold your breath

On the Chorus & Ntl network, yes, it is.

For now at least, if nagra3 gets cracked, which is unlikely, then yes, perhaps you will have a use for the box in the future, but again, its unlikely.
