Default starview usb or eurovox

hi all i have a eurovox red which has been working well for 12 months and over the last few weeks nothing but pixel problem's it seems a lot of people are having this at certain times of the day and are trying to pull the channels in better by changing the freq or using a variable attenator , what i would like to know are people having this problem using a starview usb model as i cant see it mentioned on the starview forum and i am getting a bit fed up of snap crackle and pop on my channels sounds like a box of rice krispies,, any help would be good thanks
