Default Please help - all channels scrambled

Hi,
I am trying to get a Star View 3 box up and running after about a year of it not being used.
After running a channel scan, all of the channels (that aren't FTA) show the 'scrambled or bad channel' error message.

After reading through some posts, I have checked that the EMU is on (which it is). I have also tries a factory reset.

Any ideas?

Dan

You need the latest firmware on , or manually input the keys from keymaster app

What is the difference between using keys and updating the firmware?

If you install the latest firmware your box will auto-update, no need to input keys
