Default Help!

Hi Guys,

I have just received my new Starview THE BOX 4 Super USB, im new to all this and have downloaded the latest Firmware (v1.12) if i install via the USB the new files (TheboxSuperUSB_V1.12.BIN and TheBoxSuperUSB_BG_LOGO_080904_) then follow the instructions given:

"After you have uploaded the software from your memory stick,

• Plug the box in to the TV using the usual scart lead.
• Turn on the box, press menu and go to installation,
• Select correct provider i.e. NTL, C/W or TW
• Then automatic scan
• Once the channels are found, exit back to the blank screen
• Press menu (ignore what is on the screen) and press 1 5 7 0, this takes you to a secret menu,
• Go down to emu and turn it on.
• Now exit and wait for it to store all the data.
• That’s it, have fun"

I should be able to view Shy SPORTS etc on my box using my VM installed cable, (in southern england)

Am i missing something? A lot of talk of people uusing v1.7 and v1.10 and the latest version breaker certain boxes.

Im told my is genuine (From Falcon International Satellite)

Any other advice you guys can give, please feel free to email me with anything else i have missed, I will be battling with this tonight!

Thanks guys!
