Hello Guys,
I have an NTL 250 modem and was all working fine. Until one day i switched it on and the Power and the ENET light was staying on. I then tried to get into the haxorware admin but wouldnt let me, the modem wasnt getting an ip address just came up limited connectivity. I then tried to flash the modem again useing Hyperterminal but im not getting the P option. I tried a tutorial for getting around this but it didnt seem to work. Just wondering if anyone has any ideas? Thanks Alot |

Is the enet light flashing slowly? if it is then you have a brick im afraid as far as flashing it again so long as your seeing output in HT then it isn't bricked but you will need to restore the p option using console unlocker and soft jtag or amchobit.
To confirm 100% that your modem isn't working as it should remove the coax cable then connect an ethernet cable to your PC set your pc to a static ip of 192.168.100.10/24 dont worry about the default gateway and then see if you can open up a connection to 192.168.100.1 |
