Their are some files in Cable Modem downloads. I'm not sure if they are what you are looking for but have a gander and see

The Haynes Live site is no longer up, I tried it the other day and I got a Page Cannot Be Displayed message.

If you look under "Surfboard", then you might find what you are looking for.
