Default Blanking a tsop with a willem

I must be doing something wrong but when blanking the chip it gets to 16 seconds or 4% then goes of. I have tried it on 7 tsops and its the same with all of them.

Its set up as it is in the tut all the dips and jumpers are right. I am useing 12v psu .....255 I can not do.

lol, annoying isnt it.

keep cleaing the legs and bend them slightly up.

make sure theres no flux on the underside of the pins on the programmer adapter.

if you've got one of them fibreglass things just run that under it and out, obv not side to side.

meths is a good one too, it dissolves the flux. if you have one of those tiny wire brushes, dip it in the meths and draw it out.

i usually drop a bit on the bench and let the chip sit in it for a min or two and then i let it dry itself.
