Default Channels gone down

Hi i have just got a starview 4 and my espm and espm classic sly 1 are not geting any pictures on them channels i have tryed to manual scan it did not work and i have tryed factory reset and the channel still don't show up can any one help please

Do the other pay channels work? If they do then you may have a signal issue.

yes all other channels work and i have a starview 2 aswell and the channels work on that one

Are you sure they don't come under a different name? My mate's Starview sometimes has channels with names such as tvo_1 or tvo_2 etc. The missing channels might come under these. Have you tried factory resetting then doing an automatic scan as opposed to a manual scan?

Are you using a splitter? If you do, remove it and try connecting the box directly to the feed coming through the wall and then do an automatic scan.
