Hi, I'm in a digital area and want to ask if the Virgin phone and broadband service now come down the same coax cable. The reason I ask is that in my house there is an old C+W installation that appears to use a seperate two wire connection for the phone line down a seperate cable. Thanks in advance.

Correct, for most people the incomming cable cosists of a co-ax with an attached pair of copper conductors for the phoneline.
