My bad.. You are talking about a Webstar 2100, right, the modem? (I assumed at first you meant Samsung 2100, the STB) Thus, ignore my mentioning of TB, its not relevent to your problem.

Modems seem to be up and down alot since goin dynamic. If it keeps rebooting in a loop, try spoofing your nic mac, if this doesn't solve the issue, try a new hfc mac.

Search for spoof nic mac, you will need to get Smac 2, a program that will ease the spoofing of your NIC mac address.

Nic mac = mac of your network adapter.
hfc mac = mac of your modem.

Try a new HFC mac, and then spoof your NIC mac appropriately, there are a few threads on here about it, some of which are added to by me if i recall.

You may also want to make sure you are entering the most up-to-date values in haxorware on the stealth page, and it can't hurt to try updating to the latest version - v1.1 rev32 I believe!

Let me know how you get on and what you tried / results etc!
