250 headache

please someone tell me were i,m going wrong before i do something silly like drown my modem in the bath,,,,,,

i,m trying to flash with haxo 1.1 rev 32 onto a 250

i,m using tftp32.exe , putty max232

got into the modem no prob but no p option

after much reading i got here

console unlocker run and said o.k
softjtag connected fine
write bootloader
selected noisy 2_1_6d
wrote fine said o.k like a thousand times as the cetors rolled after aout 10 min says writen o.k

so run tftp and putty again but still no p option

am i asleep or am i doing something wrong

any help much apreceated

you are powering off the modem after the bootloader has written arn't you?

yh mate i did..... tried it again and whaaa laaaa there we go p optoin and since i posted that haxo is done up and running not bad for my first attempt even if i do say so my self lol
only took 5 min ....yh rite more 3 and half hours but i,v got my method on ape for futer reference lol
