A friend has a subbed silver Samsung box. Unfortunately his son has been ordering PPV movies and he wants to block this. Vermin have told him he can only have one PIN, so the PIN that allows certain channels to be locked must be the same as the one used to order PPV. Any work-arounds please knowledgeable folks??

You can change the pin number by going to the settings menu on the box.

yes, he has one pin for movies channels which show 15's during the day. you'll need this pin before 10pm.
the same pin is used for the ppv. just dont let the lad know the pin.

Sounds simple, but it's massively effective given there are no number buttons on the box, thus making even guessing of the pin impossible! That plus the lock-out feature after 3 tries!
