please advise me on a new receiver money is a bit tight have a spare £80
have a 1 metre motorised and a fortectstar innovation
but want a new receiver

If you wanted another HD box,I think you are going to be out of luck for £80. What's wrong with the innovation?

I can see a HD receiver for £99 on Southernsatellite website, don't know what it's like though.

would like one to try and patch also for finding feeds ,new to this so havbe a lot of learning to do ,thank for the reply

Patches are not really worth a light these days, there is so little open. Probably would be more interesting to go down the Linux route, that is certainly about your budget for an SD box.

For feeds, something with a fast blind scan is needed, I don't know what the feedhunters sre using these days, maybe a PC card to get the 4:2:2 feeds.
