And as has been said, if it ain't listed on the Haxorware.com site use extreme caution.

One really big warning also is that this "Rev 38" version could have anything installed/piggybacked on to it.

For example, someone could have coded some sort of bot in to it to enable them to use modems that have "Rev 38" installed on to them in DDOS attack etc etc. Or even worse, a bot that enables them to backdoor in to your network.

used the rev38diag to upgrade mine and its been steady eva since, mine was going off every 2 days or so but yeah if it aint broke dont fix it.

Sounds like a beta but initial reviews sound good, dunno bout u guyz but id rather sit on the fence as revision 32 is spot on for any that ive flashed+they are running fine. I suspect this can also be upgraded easily through telnet by the same method as the previous one, but just remember to have embedded telnet servers enabled before trying!!!
I aint found anything yet that says that telnet cannot be used to upgrade to Rev38, Id like to find out before possibly bricking one tho!!

just upgrade through the haxorware webpage on 192.168.100.1


go to firmware upgrade then select haxorware rev38.bin then hit upload

does it very quickly.

cheers mate..i suspected it would be the same procedure..still gonna wait+see wot ppl think of it 1st cos If they aint broke I dont see the point of fixin em!!

it doesnt affect any of your settings mate, it simply updates the firmware only.

still working fine for me just thought i would update to latest firmware.
