if i order a ex7000 does it come with the latest software or firmware installed?

Yes, it will come with the latest firmware and will be genuine, something you cannot guarantee with other traders.

You won't be let down with a purchase from Lincsat, I wasn't - my EX7000HD came loaded with the latest firmware and channel list for my area, all my questions were answered quickly. I cannot comment on delivery as I collected mine, but his service is excellent, highly recommended!
