Default Problem with "Check Signal" ex7000hd

Hi Guys,

Been having a problem with my ex7000hd since yesterday.

On frequencies 235.00Mhz, 291.00Mhz and 363.00Mhz when any of the channels running on these frequencies are selected the screen just says "check signal"??

Normally if a channel says "scrambled channel" I just go to the main menu, select User Installation and select that particular frequency the channel is running on and it brings the channel back.

I've tried that in this scenario, but all the channels running on the above frequencies still say "check signal"??

For ref, I'm running on 6.952MBaud, 64QAM

Any help and ideas greatly appreciated.

Cheers

If you could confirm whether the feed is definately live, then that will save alot of time.

If you manage to confirm it is indeed live, try a factory reset and then scan again, you may lose your favourites and channel order, but should restore service to you.

Be sure to set the right symbol rate (for your area) before scanning or you will still end up with no channels!

Hi mate,

Yes its a live feed, been running for over 3 months, just had a "check signal" come on the tv with channels on those frequencies, all other channels are working fine.

I didn't bother doing a favourites as I've heard people keep losing these if they need to rescan. Is it best to just do a full rescan again?

cheers
