Well I've been around forums To see people believe you cannot Recieve Free sky without a Subscription..

Im hoping you people Know differently..

Yesterday I hooked a Sky+ Chipped box with chipped card or w.e up to an Unused Sky dish... 2 feeds

Worked a treat.. Recieved every channel Possible and Could record..

Wake up this Morning to see All channels working but no recording function

Tried all the system reset crap. New HDD etc.

Anyone got any ideas?

There is no such thing as a "chipped sky box" or a "chipped sky card"

If you want to watch the pay channels you have to pay a subscription.

If you believe you have bought a hooky box in some way then you have been conned.

From the symptoms you describe its quite obvious whats happened -

You have bought a box with a full sub active on it. Give it a day or so to give you a chance to get it wired in, then the seller cancels the subscription

Cloned Sky+ Card.. Subscription is still active because I Cloned it Via My mothers Card...

As for Chipped Sky box I see where your coming from.. Luckily I only paid 60 for it.

But with the Subscription still active.. Why the hell aint it recording.. Was working fine yesterday

Its absolutely not possible to clone a satellite Sky UK card

I also agree with Analouguesat, its not possible to clone a Sky card if it was don't you think everyone would be doing it and it would be the talk on the forums?

Well if there is No such thing as a clone card.. Why Have I been recieving Every Sky channel For the last year.. And paid Zilch! ?

Shed some light?

Its this Sky+ box thats F'd up somewhere..

Dunno - Your IP is a cable ip so maybe you are using a cable box.

Lol Im running a Starview 3 via my cable.. And Sky through an Old dish left by Sky

So There Might be a chance that these cards exist otherwise something funny is going on

Ye but what proof do you have to prove this?

I have a Sky box thats been working for over a year and a Sky+ box thats working but wont record..

As for your cable suggestion Just to Clarify Running a VM Cable Line wouldnt work on a Sky reciever surely?
