Has anybody got the updated Frequency for these two channels ^^
Would apriciate it much

Can't help with ESPN,but this may help with BBC3

BBC3 don't broadcast until 7.00PM before that time it shows as CBBC
BBC4 is the same and shows as CBBeebies before 7.00pm

i'm also in leeds.bbc 3 on 347.000 and espn on 555.000.

I'm in leeds aswell, my freq's are BBC3 - 346.000 and ESPN - 554.000

strange that they're on slightly different frequencies but hey ho.

Not really. They are actually probably on 346.750 and ESPN - 554.750

As some boxes such as EuroVox don't do .xxx automatically (you have to manually change them) you may pick it up on one or the other - both either side of the real freq.
