Default Lost all channels in Manchester

Hi,
On Thursday morning I lost all my channels, (code updating).
However 'Keymaster' haven't updated theirs since May.
I have a Blue or red box, not too sure which.

Has anybody else experienced this, As there doesn't seem to be any posts on this?

Thanks in advance for any help given.

thanks for that Darter, my codes had been erased overnight for some reason, so I just put the codes in from May when they where last changed.
Just in time for Sunderland V Wolves, erm... maybe another day without the box wouldn't have been a bad thing after all!
