No receiver can handle nagra 3, so when that comes wave bye bye to all your receivers
Enjoy it whilst you can

Nice try with the scare mongering Waqasmed..If original VM boxes can use Nagra3 then so can others.VM are not going to issue brand new & diffrent boxes to all their customers....It's just a method of encryption and only needs to be cracked....It will definatly roll out here in the UK as I have heard from a reliable source that this will be towards the end of next year sometime...and we have nothing to fear about our boxes becoming usless as a simple firmware fix will be sure to arrive shortly afterwards....Don't believe me then just wait and see.......We will be fine.

No receiver at all can handle nagra 3 at the moment nor could they when it was released in Europe. Ask a coder
Seriously, why would I want to scare you when I would lose customers? If nagra 3 was hacked elsewhere we would have it here shortly. Heck(according to some) we even had to have Rupert Murdoch hack nagra 2 for us!

Eventually, maybe. I reckon longer though
some people view the encryption as "up there with NDS" which hasnt been hacked for 10 or 15 years, or so I believe. Basically ever since NDS was launched, no one could hack it
