hello i need my xbox 360 flashing i live in the l21 area.

and after this is done can i download games and burn them on a disk and play them ???

hi mate,

you can play backups of the games that you already own, yes you can download and burn these if you have no way of ripping them yourself.
for burning you use DL DVD+R,
you can download IMGBURN to burn them it's free.
you can also flash the dvd drive yourself if you do a google search for jungle flasher you will find the software and tutorial on how to do this.
