Default convert to dvd

hi folks, apologies if this is in the wrong section or it has come up before. the trouble is that when i have downloaded a film i then use a program called convertxtodvd 3 to build and burn to disc. this process takes me about 5 or 6 hours for roughly a 800 meg file.

does anyone have a quicker way of doing this or is it cos my computer is too slow.

thanks in advance

Yeah its your computer as I use Nero & it takes me like 30 - 45mins most...creating menu's > converting > burning.

I used an old computer once & it gave me an estimated time of like 8+ hours aswell.

winavi does the job for me and can shrink the output to what ever you want (whatch out for quality issues when doeing this) and its pretty fast too. the down side is the burner in the software used to be crap so i use nero to burn the outputted files still takes about 30 min all in all though.
