2100c bk all ooo's

Am using bke am getting the right ird number but the bk is coming up all ooo's sw version is 3.6 and am using the correct bytes am in pure nt* any ideas ????

When you enter the bytes in the config file make sure you leave out the last digit.

Yeah have done that the last digit if i am right is for sdt but still not having any luck will it make a diff if im not on stream when i jtag as this is the only thing i aint tried thanks for the reply though

I did one today in excw 3.6 and it was the same with sdt... strange its always been bob on before so tried bke and gave me ird and bk 1st time retried sdt to try and confirm but still as before.

So try bke make sure you edit the config file with the correct bytes for your provider.

have you but the box online and update to 3.6 ??, or are you pressuming its 3.6
