has nothing to do with it being cid53.. its to do with db number.
if its db 2020 or lower then it can be done but not legally in the uk.
if its a2 platform db3150 then forget it

The phone is blacklisted..

It would be illegal to UN blacklist the handset as it has been reported as lost or stolen.

Be sure to leave negative feedback to the ebayer!
