tommy i may have given you a bit of a bum steer ,, your nic is network interface card ,, when you changed the IP addy to 192.168.100.10 did you change it back to automatic ,, also what lights come on on the modem after you have flashed it ?

just back on m8 so i will need to digest all this info then get more confused i suppose, but if u check my first post with the tutorial it worked fine with the first webby i did but something is just not right with this, but i do appreciate the advice from u peeps
