Default are virgin blocking sites

i have a subbed 50mb which i cannot access the pirates bay unless i go through a proxy like hide my ass,
if i gothrough just google my modem goes crazy lights start flashing,now through a proxy straight on it

now my other modem with hax on it gos straight to the pirates bay,i remember reading on this forum about someone else had the trouble any one else today have the same problem it started yesterday

In a word, no.

PC settings, DNS cache, etc etc. With cable, every time you connect you'll likely get the same IP.

Spoof Your NIC MAC to something else then reboot modem and wait 10 and you'll get a new IP.
