hi there im haveing a problem with my new 1100 usb eurovox, the picture keeps freezing after about 4 min or so any help with this would be gratefull

Check the signal strength on channels, if its low, try a booster and if its too high try a attenuator.

dont think i need to as i had a eurovox max for a couple of years till today , and everythink was ok with tht, ive done a factory reset with new box and when i try and press menue - language- red - 2520. does not work to turn on emulator.

The EMU menu does not appear if it is already active - have you checked
